With over a decade of experience in technology solutions for the mining, energy and industrial sectors, he leads the company's strategic direction across its four core pillars: Mining Geoscience, Custom Software Development, Cloud Services and Industrial AI.

Arnold is passionate about delivering practical, locally relevant technology that helps African operators modernise operations while remaining compliant and competitive. He oversees client relationships, business development and overall company governance.

Thuli Nhlapho

Thuli is a seasoned software developer with strong experience in building robust, scalable applications for industrial and enterprise environments. She specialises in full-stack development, system integrations and modernising legacy platforms.

Sibusiso Mahlangu

As Technical Lead he guides the development team, ensures high delivery standards and works closely with clients to turn operational challenges into practical digital tools.

Ange Bamthe

Ange specialises in mobile application development and cloud-connected solutions. She has hands-on experience building cross-platform apps, progressive web applications and systems that perform reliably in low-connectivity environments common across African industrial sites.
